ClinicReply AI ("we", "us") is a browser extension that helps UK clinics write replies to their online patient reviews. This policy explains what data we handle and how.

What we process

• Review text you submit: When you click "Generate reply", the review text and the clinic details you enter (clinic name, type, tone, optional notes) are sent securely to our server and to Google's Gemini AI to produce a suggested reply.
• Licence key: Your ClinicReply licence key is sent to our server only to confirm your subscription is active. It is stored locally in your browser.

What we do NOT do

• We do not store your reviews or generated replies on our servers after the reply is returned.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
• We ask the AI to never include patient medical details in replies (UK GDPR / patient confidentiality).

Data processors

We use Google (Gemini AI) to generate replies, Lemon Squeezy to manage subscriptions and licences, and Cloudflare to run our service. Data is transmitted securely (HTTPS).

Your control

You can stop using the extension and remove it at any time. To cancel your subscription, use the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
